PROHIBITION AGAINST EMPLOYMENT OF STAFF

Section 53(3) of the Legal Practitioners Ordinance Cap. 159 is applicable to Mr. Chan. Any member who wishes to employ or remunerate Mr. Chan should apply in writing to the Consents Committee of the Law Society to seek its approval.
